Good After noon!
I wish to share my views about the experience of purchase of a new Creta from your Mysore Road Branch showroom.
I have been with Maruti Suzuki for over 17 years. When the time came for changing my Maruti Ritz (Petrol-ZXI), which was in my mind since October 2017, I was unable to decide a suitable alternative as none in that segment with such features was convincingly visible.
While discussing this with my nephew, Dr. Hari Bharadwaj, he suggested why not I just try Hyundai. With initial apprehension, I visited your showroom on 3rd Feb 2018. After trying Hyundai i10 Grand, I just looked at Creta. Though the price of the entry variant itself was overshooting my initial budget provision, I just took a chance to try it out. Finally, on 4th Feb, I went for a test drive and finalised the next level of my car with Creta with a token advance and closed the deal!
The main purpose of this Mail is to place on record my appreciation for the excellent guidance/advice and further smoothening the process to its finality by your team! To be specific, the initial advice and guidance offered by Mr. Manjunath from Sales was very timely and helped me a lot in finalising the car, after a long search for over 5 months almost.
Due to certain personal problems and also on account of my present posting at Hubli, processing for the same would have been very cumbersome but for the excellent help from your another official Mr Harsha from Finance wing! He was very helpful in finalising the finance part of the deal with SBI in a very smooth manner. This helped me in saving my time to such an extent, I managed to visit the bank branch directly and complete the process in just 2 hours!
This assumes all the more importance for the reason that I was unable to be present physically through out the process as I was working from Hubli and also due to my mother-in-law's precarious health condition. Finally, my son and my nephew took delivery of the Car on 26 Feb 2018.
Incidentally, I wish to place on record that I am the 4th person from our family to have joined Blue Hyundai family! The other three have bought their cars from your mysore road branch in the last one year!
I take this opportunity to spread this in my circle of friends and family!
Hoping to get the same level of continued service in the days to come!

Am here by writing to bring into your notice that Mr manujnath who heads Blue Hyundai service center in bangalore (hesargatta main road) not only gave me a Delightful experience but also took care of the issue very well.It was always a pleasant experience with manjunath though i had to visit couple of times for one particular issue. The way Mr. Manjunath has handled the entire situation is remarkable and really needs applause and appreciation. His customer handling & Time taken to respond was phenomenal. I personally feel this gentleman needs more than an appreciation for his dedication and efforts what he puts in to satisfy his customers which usually goes unnoticed.He is a great Asset to Hyundai & Excels in what he executes. Thank You Manjunath.
